Inventory Clerk – Cebu (Opening Branch) – JBW FLOORCENTER INC., – Cebu City

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
4. Has keen attention to details.
5. Willing to start ASAP.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Conducts inventory audits to ensure proper inventory control at the branches, outlets, and depots (Physical account versus Accounting records).
– Prepares analysis reports of inventory audit.
– Investigate and determine causes of irregularities and errors.
– Recommend corrective actions and suggest process improvements.
– Provide technical assistance to other departments concerning inventory controls and procedures.
– Prepares year-end analysis of inventory shortages.
